MATTRESS PICKUP IN Gainey Ranch

If a cleaner, neighbor or property manager is preparing the pickup, tell them exactly which mattresses and box springs are included. Have the pieces ready outside before the chosen window and confirm any gate arrangements.

For inside pickup, someone needs to provide access. Agree on who will meet the crew and include the relevant instructions in the booking notes. Do not leave the crew to guess which villa entrance or items belong to the appointment.

Check your property’s rules on bulky-item placement and keep shared driveways clear. Text a photo to confirm an unusual staging location before choosing curbside. A carry out of a room belongs under inside pickup.

Plan around the available calendar, especially when coordinating a delivery or travel date. Same-day service carries a separate rush fee when available; booking a future date removes that fee. The final ticket itemizes the items, options and discounts.
