Booking and contact information
Scottsdale Mattress Removal is operated by Mora’s Junk Removal. The booking form collects the contact details, pickup address, selected items, service options and appointment information you submit. We use that information to arrange the pickup, communicate with you, process payment and support the booking. If you text a photo or message, we use it to answer your request.
Payments and service providers
Card payments are processed through Square. The site sends a payment token to complete a booking rather than storing your full card number in the booking record. Hosting, booking storage and email providers help deliver the service and handle information needed for those functions.
Website measurement
When analytics is enabled, we measure public-page visits and actions such as starting a quote, selecting items, clicking a text link and completing a booking. Booking measurement can include an order identifier, item counts and total. Our booking analytics events do not include your name, email, phone, pickup address or card details. Browser storage may be used for measurement and to prevent counting a completed booking more than once.
Questions about your information
Text (602) 632-3524 with privacy questions or a request concerning information you submitted. Do not include card details in the message. We may need to confirm which booking is yours before handling the request.
