Same-Day Mattress Pickup in Paradise Valley and NE Phoenix
Today's date and the rush fee
Choosing today's date automatically includes the $45 rush fee. Turning on the rush option selects today. If you change to a future date, rush is removed. Inside pickup is independent, so you can request a carry-out and same-day service together.
The schedule displays available pickup windows and marks full options. An open day does not mean every window is open, so check the window you intend to book. If today's choices do not work, select a future date or text us to discuss the situation; a text does not reserve a slot by itself.
What an inside rush pickup costs
A queen and box spring are $129 curbside after the matched-set discount. With inside pickup and today's rush fee, the same two items are $214, before any applicable stairs fee. Your ticket shows the selected items, discount and each fee separately.
For a simpler pickup, have the mattress outside and choose curbside. Do not select curbside if the crew still needs to carry it out of a room. Stairs on an inside pickup add $30; mention any other access restrictions in your notes.
Paradise Valley access
For a gated address, provide the access instructions needed for the appointment and make sure the person meeting the crew knows the window. If a property manager is coordinating the job, agree in advance who will provide access and where the items will wait.
Ask us to confirm any unusual pickup position, long carry or restricted driveway before treating it as standard curbside. Clear directions to a casita or separate entrance help the crew identify the correct items without guessing.
Northeast Phoenix and Desert Ridge
Our mattress service covers Northeast Phoenix as well as Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. If your address is near the edge of that area, text us to confirm coverage. A Phoenix postal address does not mean Scottsdale's municipal bulk-collection rules apply.
For a condo or apartment, check with management about the loading area, gate entry and any access hours. Keep the sidewalk and shared driveway clear. The crew needs access to the items during the booked window, even if you will be away for a curbside pickup.
Before you pay
Review item counts, service choices, date, time window, address and total. We do not accept mattresses with bed bugs or heavy soil, so ask first if the condition is uncertain. For furniture or other junk, arrange the broader job with Mora’s Junk Removal.
If plans change after booking, text (602) 632-3524 as early as possible with your booking details. We can discuss rescheduling or cancellation. Do not assume that sending a message has changed the appointment until you receive confirmation.
